Michael Pasvar is a comic hailing from the mean streets of the Dallas suburbs. He is the host of the Back in the Day-Day Podcast and has been making audiences laugh across the country since 2008 ( and hasn’t changed his headshot since). His take on social issues, the highs and lows of being a new parent, and stories of his past have combined to make a great act. He has worked with Doug Benson, Dustin Diamond, Carl Labove, JB Smoove, and many more. You can see him at comedy clubs, colleges, random bars, and the occasional storage unit. In 1999, Rocky Dhir did the unthinkable: he became a lawyer. In 2021, he did the unforgivable: he became a stand-up comedian. Rocky is the founder and CEO (Chief Executive Officer) at Atlas Legal Research, LP — a company that provides legal research and legal writing to law firms and corporate legal departments. Yes, that’s right — Rocky empowers lawyers to keep being lawyers. He has even practiced law himself, acting as outside general counsel to several start-up companies and representing clients in complex business litigation disputes. Alongside Atlas, Rocky is the CEO (Comedy Evil Overlord) at Oh Dhir, LLC, where he speaks about effective communication and performs corporate comedy. Alongside corporate venues, you can find Rocky performing stand-up at comedy clubs, bars, living rooms, and music concerts all across the country. Rocky is always ready to grab a mic, be it performing comedy, presenting a CLE, or recording an episode of the State Bar of Texas Podcast. Danny Tran is a Dallas, TX comedian that was born and raised in Houston, TX. He is passed at the Laughing Skull Lounge in Atlanta, GA which was his home club before returning to Texas. He has opened for great headliners such as Beth Stelling, Erica Rhodes, and Steve Hofstetter. By exploring the world one comedy club at a time, Danny is trying to bring smiles and laughs during his time on Earth.

Headliner: MJ Moody
MJ Moody is a DFW local favorite, he is originally from Augusta GA, and got his start in comedy after retiring from the US Navy. He has been doing comedy for over 10 years and rose through the ranks of quickly. With his prior military experience, time in Iraq and family life he never runs out of material. MJ is a featured performer at the Hyenas comedy club, and has featured / headlined at venues all over. He has shared the stages with the likes of Steven Michael Quezada (Breaking Bad) Dante (The Last Comic Standing) and Dean Edwards (SNL). He is a Semi finalist in the Funniest Comic in Texas competition, and just recently got off tour with William Lee Martin.

Featuring: Shahyan Jahani
Shahyan is a Dallas-based comedian hitting stages all around these great United States for the past 7 years pausing only briefly to attempt to cure COVID and racism. He did not succeed! He's performed in festivals and clubs across the country and even one dive bar in Marfa, TX where an ex-Marine playfully threatened his life (they ended up getting along pretty well). In Dallas, he's opened for some amazing headliners such as Ari Shaffir, Helen Hong, Asif Ali, and Dean Edwards. He is super nice, always. Check him out! @shahyanj on all social media

Headliner: CJ Starr
CJ Starr was raised all over the Midwest, but his comedy was born in Texas. CJ’s comedy continues to take America by storm and make all crowds laugh about anything that can happen to a mid-40s man as he tries to figure out what he wants to do when he grows up. CJ Starr’s Comedy can relate to any audience as he makes fun of his upbringing, his bi-racial marriage, family, kids, stereotypes, jail time, and Community College. CJ Starrs comedy is very versatile, as well as his fans he has acquired over the years. That's why he has a fan base which includes every walk of life.
In the past couple of years CJ Starr was picked to perform at The Odd Ball Comedy Festival, and Gilda’s Laughfest past three years in a row. He has continued to expand his comedic talent as a writer for Apple TV and youtube web series. CJ Starr has appeared on tv shows LMAO on Jew Life TV, Laughs on Fox four times, and those episodes can also be seen on Hulu. Last year alone, he was a finalist in the Kenan Thompson’s Ultimate Comedy Experience comedy contest and he was voted the funniest comic in Texas. He also currently teaching Intro to Comedy classes and has a brand new Podcast called “Famous 2 Us“ where he interviews Famous people from all walks of life that can give a great story that keeps the fans laughing.

Vanna Williams is a comedic force out of Oklahoma City, bringing laughter wherever she goes—from local stages to touring through Florida and Alabama. A two-time performer at the P3 Comedy Festival as an ally, she’s known for turning the chaos of single parenthood into comedy gold. As a divorced mom raising two boys, Vanna’s jokes are ripped straight from her life—filled with parenting fails, dating struggles, and the deep love she has for food and wine (sometimes more than people). When she’s not on stage, she’s working her magic in another way—doing hair and making sure no one leaves her chair or her show without feeling a little better than when they came.

Fernando Panda Chacón, was born and raised in Southern California. Always the class clown and always having fun, we don’t think he has ever met a stranger. A son of two El Salvador immigrants. Back in 2002 his big little brother and parents moved to Dallas, Texas for a better life. Panda has worked comedy clubs all over the nation in both English and Spanish. Talking about his sleep apnea and the daily struggle of living at home with his home and their adventures. Panda has worked with Jerry Garcia, Concrete, DoKnow, Michael Q, Luz Pazos, and Gabriel “Fluffy” Iglesias. A UNT Creative writing graduate. Panda keeps his audience on the edge of their seat with crowd work-riffing skills, story telling, to his battle with with weight loss, and how he was brought up in his Salvadorian household. Panda makes sure to remind everyone that love always wins.
